Since its birth, the Jimei series was designed as “Urban houses representing the beauty of the East”. In 2019, after researches and judgment on the market and customer groups, it was upgraded into the “Pioneering parent-child safe community in China”.
The new Jimei series aims to create the safest parent-child communities in China by advocating offering safe neighborhood for children, and a highly free space for amusement for them with safety as the top priority.

The project is located in Guilin City, Guangxi, 3km away from Guilinbei Railway Station, 6km away from Diecai Wanda, and next to Bali Street 9-Year School, with convenient transportation and life conditions.
The property adopts a simple, lively overall design, with proper land allocation, smooth road system, and complete supporting facilities to provide a comfortable, elegant living space.
