In September 2019, China's first 5G demonstration base and joint video perception laboratory were established, a leading act in the construction of 5G smart communities. In July 2019, Jinke Smart Services became the Vice President Unit of CPMI. In November 2018, China's first customer cloud service center was established to further upgrade customer experience. In September 2016, it cooperated with Microsoft to build China's first community big data center, making its involvement in the smart community field.
